SHIPPING & DELIVERY • Top

The shipping costs below are based on outbound shipping from Acurasee in Mayville, MI 48744. At this time, all online orders will be USPS or UPS ground shipping at our discretion only. Acurasee® reserves the right to change shipping charges due to UPS-imposed fuel charges. Orders ship either UPS or USPS at our discretion. If you're odering standard shipping within the continental US (48 contigous states, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico) your shipping will be free. International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick up the item.

Tracking Orders

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we publish under the product name on each product page.

Delivery Time

We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest and most cost effective manner. You can review our Standard, Next Business Day Express, 2nd Business Day Express, 3rd Business Day Express delivery options below in more detail so you choose the one that best suits what you need.

Standard Delivery

Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

You do not have to set up an account to order from Acurasee however registering will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking and exclusive discounts and special offers. You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best. Just follow the easy steps on screen and remember to have your payment and address details on hand.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS • Top

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment. Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be done to get the payment authorized. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you can't use it for a short period. If you are paying with a purchase order, check or money order your payment will be applied once it has been recieved and a Customer Service Representative will contact to confirm. Your order will not be processed and inventory will NOT be reserved until your card has been authorized or a hard copy of your payment has been received and confirmed. For discount codes make sure you type your code into the appropriate box when you check out, and click update to apply it to your order. If it is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order later on (though you might be able to use it on a subsequent order). Please note only one discount offer can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be redeemed when buying gift certificates. Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code.
